Tip 121: Internet Explorer 8

Sucks some serious balls. I don't understand why anyone would ever want to use this as their primary browser. I'm was using it to write a tip and it started freaking out on me. It was conveient that I didn't like the tip I was working on because I decided to post this one instead.

Put simply, its slower, less customizable, renders very poorly (in terms of both speed and errors/accuracy), the UI is sub-par, and there are just better options out there.

Examples:
Mozilla Firefox
Google Chrome
Opera

Tip 120: Opening Chips

Always open chips from the top. If you open them from the bottom, occasionally there will be an accumulation of salt and/or other spices and flavorings which will get all over your wrist as you eat your chips.

P.S. I didn't open this bag I'm eating now or it would have been opened from the top...

Tip 119: Clock in the Bathroom

Getting ready to go to work/school in the morning often involves showering and should always involve tooth-brushing, bathroom activities. It's a good idea, therefore, to keep a clock of some sort in your bathroom to help you not be late and/or miss the bus.

Also, if you do things like pre or post brush rinse with some magical liquid for 30s to a minute, its good for that too if you use an analog clock like I do.

Tip 118: The Tongue Scrubber

Ever see those toothbrushes with the tongue scrubbers on the back of the head and thought, "that's stupid, just brush your tongue like a normal person." Well, I'm here to tell you that it's actually great.

It feels a little funny on your cheeks when you brush, but it really cleans the crap off your tongue, much better and with less force and discomfort than brushing. I'm not saying to throw out your current toothbrush and get one with a scrubber, just when you're shopping for your next brush to keep this in mind.

P.S. My toothbrush is scented! Yes, scratch and sniff! Amazing- it smells nice and minty all the time.
