Today's tip is just expanding on yesterday's tip (part 1), as per a request in the comments:
crunch (assume you know)
side crunch (assume you know)
bicycles- lay on back, legs extended and raised like you were going to do flutters. hands behind your head (I don't remember if you're supposed to interlace fingers or not). bring a leg in towards your chest and twist such that your right elbow touches your left knee, or visa-versa, then switch- extend your leg all the way out and bring the other in and touch with opposite elbow. you should come up high enough that most of your back is still on the ground, the tip of the shoulder blade for non-twist up side should touch the ground (the most of the shoulder blade that should touch the ground is the tip of the blade)
leg raises (assume you know)
Russian twists- balance on your butt, keep your feet in the air, knees bent, cross your feet. keep your torso leaning back but balanced. twist your torst from side to side enough that you can look at a spot behind you, keep your feet relatively still
plank (assume you know)
side plank (assume you know, but extend off arm straight up)
this might be a three part series, or I might try making videos or something cool, but probably not
