Tip 59: More Push-up Variants

This tip is also VERY overdue, even more than yesterday's but better late than never I suppose. More push-up variants below.

-T push-ups
Any hand position, feet together. Can put your feet above your head, but as always, proceed with caution.
Do a normal push-up. When you get to the "up" position, bring one arm up and rotate your body. You want to be supported by one extended arm and the blade (out-step) of the same side foot. Your other arm should be extended straight up in the air and that side's foot should be on top of your other foot. If this is too difficult, use both feet to widen your base of support (in-step of other foot beside out-step of foot closer to the ground. Pause at the top and return to push-up position slowly.

-Seals
Normal to wide hand position. Feet can probably be in any position but I always spread them. I would advise against putting your feet about your head for this one.
Start in a position like normal push-up position but with your butt up in the air. Keep your back pretty straight and get in in line with your arms. Lower your head towards your hands and then push your upper body up and out. Your head travels in a U or "swoosh." You should finish with your belly-button near the ground. The you reverse the pattern on your way back, keeping your chest low to the ground.
