Tip 114: Routine maintenance
Routine maintenance is extremely important (duh). Got a car, your body, homework, etc? It is much, much cheaper/easier to do routine maintenance than to play catch-up. Missed a few oil changes? You might need a new engine (or a whole new car). Missed a couple weeks of work-outs? You're basically starting over aerobically. Have weekly lab reports or homework? A couple hours a week is much easier than a couple days of solid chemistry (or w/e subject).
