While I was on vacation this past summer in Boston I was in a taxi and the cabbie had NPR on. It reminded me of how much I enjoy NPR. I realized I wanted to listen to NPR recently and so I went looking for an audiostream to listen to NPR through iTunes. I was met with total failure.
It turns out that you can listen to Boston's NPR station through iTunes radio. Just click the radio button on the left hand navigation bar and go to WBUR in the Talk/Spoken Word section.
There's a lot of other radio stations too- lots of different kinds of music and the sound quality seems good. Check them out if you're tired of your own collection or if you're in the mood for some talk radio.
